The Management Board of MCI Management S.A. informs that today it received the following resolution of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange from April 21, 2010 on admission and introduction to exchange trading of MCI Management S.A. R shares:

The Exchange Management Board hereby states that in compliance with § 19 subpar. 1 and 2 of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Rules 59,740 (fifty nine thousand seven hundred forty) ordinary bearer R shares in MCI Management S.A. of the face value of PLN 1 (one zloty) per share have been admitted to exchange trading on the primary market.
§ 2
On the basis of § 38 subpar. 1 and 3 of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Rules, the Exchange Management Board decided to introduce as of April 26, 2010 the shares in MCI Management S.A., referred to in § 1 by way of an ordinary procedure to exchange trading on the primary market on condition of registration of these shares by the National Depository for Securities on April 26, 2010 and mark with the code “PLMCIMG00012”.
§ 3
The resolution comes into force as of the date of its adoption.”
