The Management Board of MCI Management S.A. informs that on December 12, 2008 pursuant to Art. 160 of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments it received the following notification from Mr. Konrad Sitnik, Vice President of the Management Board of MCI Management S.A. about the transaction of purchase of shares in MCI Management S.A.

Volume: in total 31,503 (say: thirty one thousand five hundred three) shares;
