In reference to the Current Report no. 6/2011 from March 18, 2011 the Management Board of MCI Management S.A. (“Company”) informs that by the resolution no. 1 from March 31, 2011 it granted in total 35,350 ordinary bearer F Bonds for the aggregate amount of PLN 35,350,000 (say: thirty five million three hundred fifty thousand).

The parameters of the bond issue changed in comparison to those describe in the Current Report no. 6/2011. Detailed information regarding the issue of bonds was presented in the corrected in the Information Note attached to this report.
