Legal basis: Art. 160 subpar. 4 of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments.

The Management Board of MCI Management S.A. informs that on March 12, 2007 pursuant to Art 160 of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments it received a notification from Mr. Krzysztof Samotij, President of the Management Board of BZ WBK AIB TFI SA, who is also a member of the Supervisory Board of MCI Management SA, about transactions made by Lukas Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty (investment fund managed by BZ WBK AIB TFI SA) in connection with portfolio investments of subfund Lukas Akcyjny and subfund Lukas Dynamiczny Polski.

Volume: in total 13 300 (thirteen thousand three hundred) shares;
Price: average price 13.1224 PLN per share;
