Legal basis: Art. 56 subpar. 1 pt. 2 of the Act on Public Offering – current and periodic information and § 5 subpar. 1 pt. 21 of the Directive of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic information.

The Management Board of MCI Management S.A. informs that on March 31, 2011 the Company received a resignation from the participation in the Management Board of MCI Management S.A. as of March 31, 2011 submitted by Beata Stelmach – Vice President of the Management Board of the Company. The reason of Beata Stelmach’s resignation was her change of personal and professional plans.

While submitting her resignation Beata Stelmach cordially thanked the representatives of the Supervisory Board, the Management Board and the whole MCI Team for the fruitful cooperation.

The Management Board of MCI as well as the Supervisory Board would like to thank Ms. Beata Stelmach for her work in the Management Board of MCI and wish her a lot of success and interesting professional challenges.

Beata Stelmach’s responsibilities will be taken over by Wojciech Marcińczyk (private banking) and Michał Chyczewski (fundraising and communication).
