Subject: Sell of shares of İndeks Bilgisayar Sistemleri Mühendislik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.

MCI Capital S.A. (hereinafter: “Company”), informs that on December 14, 2017, Alfanor 13131 AS, a subsidiary of  MCI.EuroVentures 1.0 sub-fund. MCI.PrivateVentures Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty (Closed Investment Fund), separated from the fund, sold 4.000.000 shares of İndeks Bilgisayar Sistemleri Mühendislik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş, (the “Index”) based in Istanbul.

The sell price was established at  9,70 TRL (Turkish lira = 0,93 zł) per share, 38.800.000 TRL in total.

Alfanor 13131 AS company is an entity in which 100% of shares is held by the MCI.EuroVentures 1.0 subfund separated withing the framework of MCI.PrivateVentures Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty (Closed Investment Fund), in the sub-fund of which the Company holds indirectly 93.65% of investment certificates.

Indeks is the largest IT distributor in Turkey. Since 2004 Indeks is listed on the Istanbul Stock Exchange.

After the sale of the above mentioned shares of Index,   Alfanor 13131 AS company holds 18.94% shares in the Index share capital.
