Bauer Media Group and Netrisk Group (MCI Capital portfolio company) announced today an agreement to combine their online comparison businesses across six Central and Eastern European (CEE) countries.

In addition to expanding the geographic reach, the completion of the transaction will increase the group’s potential for investment in technology, ensuring better quality for the consumer and for trading partners who, thanks to the expansion of the group, will gain access to a wider market” – says Filip Berkowski in a special comment for Agencja ISBnews.
