The Baltic countries are also actively being looked at by MCI Capital – informs leading economic newspaper in Lithuania Verslo žinios. The managers of the fund reveal to Verslo žinios that they “would like to increase involvement in the Baltic countries in digital disruptors operating in e-commerce, marketplaces, fintech and payments and SaaS”.
“We apply the same investment criteria regardless of the geography of the potential target. We are currently looking at several very interesting targets in the Baltic countries” – revealed Paweł Sikorski, MCI’s investment partner.
“MCI is looking at companies generating EUR 5-25 million in EBITDA and showing a double-digit growth in revenues, but you can look at the situation of a specific company more flexibly if you see a very interesting opportunity” – he says.
