MCI Capital is launching an internship and employment program for Ukrainians

MCI Capital – together with its portfolio companies – launched a paid internship and employment program for candidates from Ukraine. It is run under the patronage of the Polish-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce.

– As part of the internship for which you can apply at: https://mci.pl/en/formularz_rejestracyjny we have managed to create an attractive, we hope, program for people from Ukraine who came to our country as a result of the war and would like to use this time for professional development – says Aleksandra Kulas, program coordinator on behalf of MCI Capital. – While working on the program, many specialized entities and market experts offered their substantive support and helped to refine our idea. During the internship they will be providing us with their knowledge and experience – adds Ewa Ogryczak, MCI’s vicepresident.

The organizers of the program, apart from MCI, are currently Morele, IAI, eSky and the Netrisk Group. The divisions for which candidates are sought are: customer service, accounting & compliance, program developers (incl. software, front end, PHP fullstack developers), database administrator, contact center, quality/complaints team, leisure operations team, digital marketing, finance, global operations, HR & payroll, reception & administration, M&A support. Internships are offered not only in Poland (Warsaw, Cracow, Szczecin, Katowice), but also abroad (Sofia, Bucharest, Vienna, Budapest). More companies are already declaring their willingness to participate in the program.

The partners of the program under the auspices of the Polish-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce are also Meissner & Partners, Master Management Polska, the DGTL Kibil Piecuch i Wspólnicy Law Firm and the Lesław Paga Foundation.
