Małgorzata Adamkiewicz is a Doctor of Medical Sciences, co-owner, and Chair of the Supervisory Board of Adamed Pharma – a leader in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology fields. She is also a co-owner and board member of Adamed Technology, a company investing in early-stage medical solutions.

Since 2013, Małgorzata Adamkiewicz has been a member of the Supervisory Board of the Polish Employers Association of the Pharmaceutical Industry, and since 2015 she has also served as Vice President of the Board of the Polish Business Council. In her career, she has sat on the Supervisory Board of Pekao S.A. bank, was a member of the University Council of the Medical University of Warsaw, the Business Chapter of Jagiellonian University, and the Convention of the Warsaw University of Technology.
Małgorzata Adamkiewicz is also actively involved in social and charitable activities. In 2014, she established the Adamed Foundation to support talented youth in Poland.
For her activities, she was awarded the Gold Cross of Merit by the President of the Republic of Poland in 2013 and the Medal of the 100th Anniversary of Regaining Independence, awarded to individuals who have contributed to the Polish economy, in 2019.
