Filip has been responsible for some of MCI’s most important investments in recent years, in particular IAI (e-commerce software). During MCI’s investment period, the company significantly scaled its operations and strengthened its market position across Central and Eastern Europe, culminating in a successful exit.
At the same time, Filip remains actively involved in the development of key portfolio companies, including Netrisk and Profitroom, where MCI continues to support further business scaling and international expansion. He is also actively sourcing new investment opportunities in SaaS and B2B software, leveraging his experience in scaling companies and building regional and European technology leaders.

Before joining MCI, Filip served as Vice President at Enterprise Investors, where he gained investment experience across a range of sectors, including IT, telecommunications, data centers, financial services, retail and consumer goods. He began his career in transaction advisory at EY. Filip is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics.
