In October 2026, MCI Capital received a distribution of more than €14 million (approximately PLN 62 million) from its portfolio company, Netrisk Group. This is the second payout to shareholders as part of a debt recapitalisation, following the transaction completed in the first quarter of 2025. Including previous distributions, MCI Capital will have recovered more than five times its original investment in the company, made in 2017.
Netrisk Group has successfully completed another debt recapitalisation, distributing funds to its shareholders, including MCI Capital. The Group is financed by a consortium of international debt funds, including Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Arcmont and HPS. The involvement of these prestigious institutions confirms their confidence in the Group’s business model and growth prospects.
“Since our previous recapitalisation, Netrisk Group has continued to scale its operations and strengthen its position as a regional leader in CEE. Very strong financial performance and robust cash generation have enabled us to realise part of the returns on our investment once again, while preserving the company’s full potential for further growth,” says Filip Berkowski, Executive Partner at MCI Capital.
Netrisk Group is a leading online insurance broker. It operates online platforms that allow customers to compare prices and purchase insurance policies, primarily motor insurance.
