After almost 5 years of cooperation with the MCI Group, Beata Stelmach resigned as vice president of MCI Management SA due to personal reasons. MCI partners – Wojciech MarciĹczyk (private banking) and MichaĹ Chyczewski (fundraising and communication)- will assume her responsibilities.
Beata Stelmach was involved in the MCI group since the year 2006, initially as the president of the supervisory board of MCI Capital TFI SA, then she sat on the board of MCI Management SA. Within the capital group, she also held the position of the president of MCI Capital TFI SA. She was responsible for creating innovative investment products in private equity/venture capital, managing communications in the MCI Group as well as fundraising activities, including issues of securities on the capital market.

Wojciech MarciĹczyk will now be responsible for cooperation with banks, including further development of the private banking channel. He graduated management at the Warsaw University focusing on accounting and finance. He also graduated automation and robotics at the Warsaw Technical University. In addition, he pursued MBA at the University of Illinois and Warsaw University, and received the ACCA title (Association of Chartered Certificated Accountants).
He joined MCI as an Associate Partner in September 2010. Previously he progressed his career, among others, in Exatel SA (financial director, board member), Billbird SA/Gtech/Lottomatica (financial director, board member) and Deloitte Business Consulting SA.

MichaĹ Chyczewski joined MCI as an Investment Partner and Member of the Board of MCI Partners SA in March. He handles M&A transactions of MCI.EuroVentures fund and the development of new investment products and funds, connected with the infrastructure and real estate markets. He will also inherit Beata Stelmach’s responsibility of supervising corporate communications. In the past, MichaĹ Chyczewski was a branch director in Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego, the first VP in Kredobank in the Ukraine, vice secretary of state in the Ministry of Treasury, a senior economist at BPH and a consultant for Arthur Andersen Polska Sp. z o.o. He graduated quantitative methods and information systems at the Warsaw School of Economics.
