Subject: Appointment of a Member of the Management Board of MCI Management S.A.

Legal basis: art. 56 subpar. 1 point 2 of the Act on Public Offering – current and periodic information

The Management Board of MCI Management S.A. (the Company) announces that on 30 May 2014, the Supervisory Board appointed Mrs. Ewa Ogryczak to the Management Board of the Company for three years entrusting her with a position of a Board Member. The resolution of the Supervisory Board entered into force on the date of adoption.

Composition of the Board of MCI Management S.A. is as follows:

1. CezarySmorszczewski- President of the Management Board (CEO)
2. Tomasz Czechowicz – Vice President of the Management Board,
3. Ewa Ogryczak – Member of the Management Board

   The appointed Member of the Management Board does not participate in any competitive activity in relation to MCI Management S.A, neither is he as a partner in a civil law company, partnership or a member of a governing body in any capital company or a member of competitive legal entities in relation to MCI Management S.A.; he is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors held on the basis of the Act on the National Court Register.

Information regarding education, qualifications and previous positions along with description of the course of career of the appointed Member of the Supervisory Board:
Ewa Ogryczak graduated from the School of Economics majoring in Finance and Banking. In 2009, she became certified Auditor. She participated in many trainings and courses in the area of finance and accounting. She obtained professional experience working at the position of Partner and Director of the Warsaw branch of PKF Consult Sp. z o.o Company (formerly PKF Audit Sp. z o.o). and Manager at KPMG Audit Sp. z o.o. Last year she was running her own auditing business.
