With regard to RB 31/2013 of 11.07.2013 MCI Management S.A. (hereinafter referred to as „MCI Management”) informs, that on 16th July 2013 the multilateral agreement concluded by MCI.TechVentures 1.0 subfund entered into force; the subfund separated within the framework of MCI.PrivateVentures Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty fund, belonging to the MCI group and, among other, Forum X Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty which had been 100% shareholder in Wearco Sp. z o. o. – the owner of Answear.com platform.
