The management of MCI Management S.A. informs that on 28^th June 2013 the company received a resignation of Mr. Jarosław Dąbrowski from his function of a Supervisory Board member. The resignation was submitted effectively as of 28^th June 2013. It did not contain a justification.

Mr. Jarosław Dąbrowski expressed his permission to candidate for Supervisory Board of Private Equity Managers S.A., the company in which MCI Management S.A. possesses 100% shares.
