Topic: Court judgment in the case filed by MCI Management S.A. against the State Treasury – the case of JTT Computer S.A..

Management of MCI Management S.A. informs, that on 17^th January 2013, in the  case filed by MCI Management S.A. against the State Treasury – Director of the Treasury Control Office in Wroclaw, as a result of submitting an appeal by MCI Management S.A. against the judgment of the Circuit Court in Wroclaw of 15^th March 2010, the Appellate Court changed the appealed judgment  by means of adjudging the amount of 28.821.828,20 PLN along with statutory interest from 8^th June 2006 till the date of payment. In the remaining scope the suit was dismissed.

The Appellate Court’s judgment in Wroclaw is in connection with revoking and handing over for review the judgment of the Appellate Court in Wroclaw of 12^th April 2011 by the Supreme Court, awarding damages to MCI Management S.A.  from the State Treasury – the Director of the Treasury Control Office in Wroclaw in the amount of 28.904.888,00 PLN with statutory interest from 8^th June 2006 till the date of payment

All the above facts should be taken into consideration by both current and future investors – Shareholders of the Company.
