The Management Board of MCI Management S.A. would like to inform that the following entities participated in the Extraordinary General Meeting held on September 17, 2012 in Warsaw:

– Alternative Investment Partners Sp. z o.o., based in Wrocław, ul. Bartoszowicka 3, holding at the General Meeting 27 971 708 shares representing 46.23% of the share capital, giving 27 971 708 votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting, representing 44.86% of the total number of votes and 88.51% of the votes present at the General Meeting.
– Funds connected with Quercus Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych SA operating on behalf of managed Investment Funds – Quercus Parasolowy SFIO, Quercus Absolute Return FIZ and Querkus Absolutnego Zwrotu holding in total at the General Meeting 3 465 348 shares representing 5.73% of the share capital, giving 3 465 348 votes at the Ordinary General Meeting, representing 5.72% of the total number of votes authorized to participate in the Ordinary General Meeting and 10.96% of the votes present at the General Meeting.
