The Management Board of MCI Management S.A. (“Issuer” or “Company”) hereby informs that on September 24, 2012, the Supervisory Board of the Company made a decision to appoint as of November 1, 2012 Mr. Norbert Biedrzycki Vice President of the Management Board of the Company.
Mr. Norbert Biedrzycki confirmed that he shall assume the position on November 1, 2012.

CV of Mr. Norbert Biedrzycki:
Mr. Norbert Biedrzycki is a graduate of the Faculty of Informatics and Mathematics at the University of Warsaw and the faculty of Management and Finances at the Warsaw School of Economics. Furthermore, he also holds the diploma of MBA Thames Valley. Professional career of Mr. Norbert Biedrzycki: In 1994, he started to work for Oracle Polska Sp. z o.o. where he was responsible e.g. for building the division of business applications and launching of applications on the market. He also managed the implementation division. In 2002, he started to work with McKinsey and Company Polska Sp. z o.o. As Junior Partner in Business Technology Office he was responsible for customer service in the sector of telecommunications and high-tech in the European market. In 2010-2012, Mr. Norbert Biedrzycki was President of the Management Board in Sygnity S.A.

As of November 1, 2012, Mr. Norbert Biedrzycki will hold the position of President of the Management Board of ABC Data SA. Mr. Norbert Biedrzycki does not participate in any competitive company as a partner in any civil law company, partnership or as a member of a governing body in any capital company. Neither does he participate in any competitive legal person as a member of its governing body. Mr. Norbert Biedrzycki is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors held on the basis of the Act on the National Court Register.
