The Management Board of MCI Management S.A. hereby informs that the following participated in the Ordinary General Assembly on June 5, 2012 in Warsaw:

– Alternative Investment Partners Sp. z o.o., with its registered seat in Wrocław, ul. Bartoszowicka 3, holding 27 971 708 shares at the General Assembly, representing 44.86% of the share capital, entitling to 27 971 708 votes at the Ordinary General Assembly, representing 46.23% in the total number of votes entitled to participate in the Ordinary General Assembly and 89.16 % votes present at the General Assembly.
– The funds connected with Quercus Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych SA acting on behalf of managed Investment Funds- Quercus Parasolowy SFIO, Quercus Absolute Return FIZ and Querkus Absolutnego Zwrotu holding in total 3 292 134 shares at the General Assembly, representing 5.28% of the share capital, entitling to 3 292 134 votes at the Ordinary General Assembly, representing 5.44% in the total number of votes entitled to participate in the Ordinary General Assembly and 10.49% votes present at the General Assembly.
