The Management Board of MCI Management S.A. would like to inform that the following entity participated in the Extraordinary General Meeting held on February 28, 2012 in Warsaw:

– Alternative Investment Partners Sp. z o.o., based in Wrocław, ul. Bartoszowicka 3, holding at the General Meeting 27 971 708 shares representing 44.86% of the share capital, giving 27 971 708 votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting, representing 44.86% of the total number of votes and 99.23% of the votes present at the General Meeting.
