Report:
The Management Board of MCI Management S.A. hereby informs that on February 17, 2012, it received the resignation of Mr. Andrzej Olechowski from the membership in the Supervisory Board of the Company. The resignation was submitted effective as of February 28, 2012. The resignation did not provide its grounds.
Legal basis:
§ 5 subpar. 1 pt. 21 of the Directive of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic information.
