Legal basis:
§ 103 subpar. 1 of the Directive of the Minister of Finance from February 19, 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent the information required by the laws of non-member states in connection with Art. 56 subpar. 1 pt. 2 of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments.

The Management Board of MCI Management S.A. hereby announces the deadlines for submission of periodic reports in 2012.

Consolidated quarterly reports (including abbreviated quarterly reports):
– Q1 2012 – May 15, 2012
– Q3 2012 – November 14, 2012

Consolidated semi-annual report for H1 2012 (including abbreviated unit financial statements for H1 2011) 2012 – August 29, 2012.

Unit annual report for 2011 – March 14, 2012
Consolidated annual report for 2011 – March 14, 2012

In compliance with par. 101 subpar. 2 of the Directive of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic information, the Company does not submit the quarterly report or consolidated quarterly report for Q2 2012.
In compliance with par. 102 subpar. 1 of the Directive of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic information, the Company does not submit the quarterly report or consolidated quarterly report for Q4 2011.
