The Management Board of MCI Management S.A. informs that the following entity took part in the session of the Extraordinary General Assembly on November 15, 2011 in Warsaw:

– Alternative Investment Partners Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Wrocław, ul. Bartoszowicka 3, holding at the General Assembly 26 890 040 shares, representing 43,13% of the share capital that give the right to 26 890 040 votes at the EGA, representing 43.13% of the total votes and 97,14% votes present at the General Assembly.
