Legal basis: Art. 56 subpar. 1 pt. 2 of the Act on Public Offering – current and periodic information.

The Management Board of MCI Management S.A. reports that on July 18, 2011 it received information about registration by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, Commercial Division XII of the National Court Register, of the amendments to the Statutes of the Company made by resolutions of the Ordinary General Assembly from June 30, 2011:
• § 7 subpar. 1 – order and editorial amendments;
• § 7 subpar. 13 – change of the amount and period of validity of the Company’s Management Board’s authorization to issue shares from the authorized capital; new amount of the authorized capital shall be PLN 12,5000,000.00 and the Management Board’s authorization shall be valid until June 29, 2014.
The Registration Court also registered the new unified text of the Statutes of the Company in the wording as presented in the Attachment to this Current Report (amendments to the Statutes in italics).
