The Management Board of MCI Management S.A. informs that the following company took part in the Ordinary General Assembly held on 30 June 2011 in Warsaw:

– Alternative Investment Partners spĂłłka z o.o. with its registered office in Wrocław, ul. Bartoszowicka 3, holding at the General Assembly 27,135,310 shares representing 43.52% of the share capital, giving it 27,135,310 votes at the General Assembly, constituting 43.52% of the total number of votes and 96.36% of the votes present at the General Assembly.

Legal basis: Article 70 clause 3 of the Public Offering Act – General Assembly list over 5%.
