Art. 56 subpar. 1 pt. 1 of the Act on Public Offering – confidential information

The Management Board of MCI Management SA informs that on August 6, 2010 the Court of Appeals in Wrocław Civil Division I in the case brought by MCI against the State Treasury – Director of the Tax Audit Office in Wrocław (file ref. no.: I ACa 719/10) in trial decided to refer the legal question to the Supreme Court. Thus the final decision regarding the appeal from the ruling of the Circuit Court in Wrocław, about which the Company informed in its Current Report no. 9/2010 from March 16, 2010, has not been issued. The Company shall keep the public informed on further developments of the case in question.
