Legal basis: Art. 56 subpar. 1 pt. 2 of the Act on Public Offering – current and periodic information.

The Management Board of MCI Management SA informs that on March 2, 2010 it received information about the decision of the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna Commercial Division VI of the National Court Register from February 26, 2010 about the registration of the increase in the share capital of the Issuer by the amount of PLN 59,740.00 and about the registration of the issue of 59,740 bearer R shares (MCI informed about the issue of R shares in its current report no. 54/2009.)

After the registration of R shares the share capital of MCI is PLN 47,372,989 and it is divided into 47,372,989 shares with the nominal value of PLN 1 per share.

These shares give 47,372,989 votes at the General Assembly of the Shareholders of MCI Management S.A.

The Management Board of MCI Management SA also informs that on March 2, 2010 it received information about the decision of the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna Commercial Division VI of the National Court Register from February 26, 2010 about the registration of amendments to the Statutes of the Company about the filing of agreed unified text of the Statutes of the Company in the MCI registration files. The unified text of the Statutes of the Company with the indication of the provisions of the Statutes which were amended or added (in italics) is attached as schedule to this current report.
