Legal basis: Art. 103 subpar. 1 of RO

The Management Board of MCI Management S.A. informs of its intent to consistently submit the consolidated quarterly and semi-annual reports including abbreviated quarterly and semi-annual financial statements as well as informs of the dates of submission of the periodic reports in 2010.

Consolidated quarterly report:
– Q1 2010- May 13th, 2010
– Q3 2010- November 9th, 2010

Consolidated semi-annual report H1 2010- August 26th, 2010
Unit annual report 2009- March 10th, 2010
Consolidated annual report 2009- March 10th, 2010

According to the Art. 101 subpar. 2 of RO, the Company does not submit quarterly and consolidated quarterly report for the Q2 2010.
According to the Art. 102 subpar. 1 of RO and the planned submission date of the annual and consolidated annual report, the Company does not submit quarterly and consolidated quarterly report for the Q4 2009.
