The Management Board of MCI Management SA (“Company”, “MCI”) informs that, in compliance with the agreement obliging to the sale of the shares concluded between MCI and Immoventures Sp. z o.o. on Dec. 7, 2009 (the Company informed about its signing in CR 57/2009), on March 29, 2010 MCI purchased from Immoventures Sp. z o.o. 10,000,000 shares of ABC Data SA for the total price of PLN 23.4 million. The Company shall pay Immoventures Sp. z o.o. for the above mentioned shares by offering the taking up 4,597,250 bearer shares of MCI in new issue at the agreed price of PLN 5.09 per share.
