In reference to the current report no. 61/2008 from October 22, 2008 the Management Board of MCI Management SA informs that as a result of conducted renegotiations the conditions of sale of shares in ITG SA by MCI.EuroVentures 1.0 subfund were amended. The shares in ITG SA were purchased by financial investors and in the process of partial MBO. The total purchase price of the stake of shares was PLN 4,405.5 thousand. The transaction was completed and settled in cash on January 12, 2009. Additionally, one of the financial investors referred to above undertook to conclude by January 16, 2009 the agreement of purchase of all shares in GeoTechnologies sp. z .o.o. owned by MCI.EuroVentures 1.0 subfund for PLN 594.5 thousand
