Legal basis: § 5 ust.1 pkt 21 i 22 RO

The Management Board of MCI Management SA informs that by the resolution from January 9, 2009 it dismissed Mr. Ondrej Bartos from the position of proxy. At the same time the Management Board of MCI Management SA appointed as proxy Ms. Małgorzata Walczak who holds the position of Associate Partner responsible for management of projects investment in their early stage of growth.

Małgorzata Walczak

Małgorzata Walczak – Graduate of Warsaw University (Polish studies, journalism), Sorbonne (Paris VII, III) as well as MBA at University of Minnesota and Warsaw School of Economics (SGH.) She has 13 years of professional experience. She held executive positions in international concerns such as Compaq Computer/HP, Lotus/ONZ and Polish companies: Optimus S.A. – Managing Director and Vice-President of the Management Board (2002á2005), Mennica Polska S.A. – Director of the Electronic Payments Department and Proxy (2006). In the years 2006á2007 on behalf of the UN she managed investment projects in the developing countries. She held positions in the Supervisory Boards of Xtrade S.A. (Vice-Chairperson), Optibox Sp. z o.o. (Chairperson) and Optimus S.A. (Member.) At present Vice-Chairperson of the Supervisory Board of Paged S.A. Since October 2007 connected with Helix Ventures Sp. z o.o. which operates in the area of strategic and investment consulting. She is fluent in four languages. In 2005, she was on the list of 20 top managers (Home & Market report.)

Ms. Małgorzata Walczak does not conduct operations which are competitive to the Company; she does not participate in a competitive company as partner in a civil law company, registered patnership or member of a governing body of a capital company; she does not participate in any other legal person as member of its governing body. Ms. Małgorzata Walczak is not entered on the register of insolvent debtor referred to in Art. 55 of the Act on the National Court Register.
