RB nr 64/2008

In order to supplement the information the Management Board of MCI Management S.A. is sending a historical schedule of submission of applications for conversion of bonds convertible into shares of the Company issued in 2004 and court registration of the increase in the share capital in this respect:

1. 7 bonds – April 5, 2007 – registered by the court on April 16, 2007 – after the increase of the registration the share capital of MCI was 39,274,000 shares divided into 39,274,000 shares of the nominal value of PLN 1 per share. These shares give 39,274,000 votes at the general assembly of the shareholders of MCI Management SA
2. 487 bonds – October 5, 2007 – registered by the court on January 21, 2008 – after the increase of the registration the share capital of MCI was 40,494,000 shares divided into 40,494,000 shares of the nominal value of PLN 1 per share. These shares give 40,494,000 votes at the general assembly of the shareholders of MCI Management SA
3. 329 – January 4, 2008 – registered by the court on May 20, 2008 – after the increase of the registration the share capital of MCI was 40,823,000 shares divided into 40,823,000 shares of the nominal value of PLN 1 per share. These shares give 40,823,000 votes at the general assembly of the shareholders of MCI Management SA
4. 634 – April 3, 2008 – registered by the court on June 17, 2008 – after the increase of the registration the share capital of MCI was 41,457,000 shares divided into 41,457,000 shares of the nominal value of PLN 1 per share. These shares give 41,457,000 votes at the general assembly of the shareholders of MCI Management SA
5. 49 – October 6, 2008 – the documents were submitted to the court.

We are informing that the consolidated extended report for Q2 2008 in pt. 14 in the table there is a wrong name of the column; instead of: Number of shares granted within the option plan it should read: Number of share options granted within the option plan.

In reference to report no. 42/2008 we are informing that the entity selected by the Supervisory Board authorized to audit the financial statements of MCI – Baker Tilly Smoczyński i Partnerzy Sp. z o.o. was entered into the list of the entities authorized to financial statements under the number 1898. This entity had audited the financial statements MCI Management SA earlier.
