The Management Board of MCI Management SA informs that on June 20, 2008 Mr. Jacek Kseń resigned from participating in the Supervisory Board of the Company for private reasons. Furthermore, the Management Board of MCI Management SA informs that at the Ordinary General Assembly of the Shareholders which took place on June 20, 2008 Mr. Krzysztof Rybiński was appointed member of the Supervisory Board in the 4th term of office.
The following is the CV of the new member of the Supervisory Board of MCI Management SA:
Krzysztof Rybiński graduated from Warsaw University Mathematics and Computer Science Department (M.A. in 1991) and from Warsaw University Economics Department (M.A. in 1993) where ha also got his Ph.D. in economics in 1996 in the field of econometrics. He worked in Japan as software engineer, and then he taught mathematics and economics at Warsaw University. He was also a World Bank consultant and administrative director of several economics programs in Central and Eastern Europe. In 1997 he moved to business, first joining ING Barings as its chief economist in Poland (ING Bank Warsaw Branch,) then as chief economist in Bank Zachodni WBK (from 2001) and finally as chief economist in BPH Bank (2002-2004.) He was also President of the Polish Association of Business Economists and member of Council of the Society of Polish Economists. Author of numerous scientific papers and publications for the press in the scope of economics. From March 25, 2004 until January 2, 2008 Deputy Governor of the National Bank of Poland. In April 2008 he started work in Ernst & Young where he is in charge of the economic strategic team.
