The Management Board of MCI Management SA informs that the following persons participated in the meeting of the Ordinary General Assembly on June 20, 2008 in Wrocław:

1. “Czechowicz Ventures” sp. z o.o. in Wrocław, holding 16,119,197 votes at the General Assembly representing 79.67% of votes at the General Assembly representing 38.88% of the total number of votes,
2. ARKA BZ WBK Akcji Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty, holding 2,600,000 votes at the General Assembly representing 12.85% of votes at the General Assembly representing 6.27% of the total number of votes,
3. ARKA BZ WBK ZrĂłwnoważony Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty, holding 1,514,000 votes at the General Assembly representing 7.48% of votes at the General Assembly representing 3.65% of the total number of votes.
