Legal basis: § 5 subpar. 21 and 22 as well as § 27 and § 28 of RO

The Management Board of MCI Management S.A. informs that the Supervisory Board acting as provided in § 9 subpar. 2 of the Statutes of the Company on the basis of resolution from February 20, 2008 dismissed Mr. Konrad Sitnik from the position of Member of the Management Board of MCI Management SA and appointed him to the position of Vice President of the Management Board of MCI Management SA.

The following is CV of the new Vice President of the Management Board of MCI Management SA:

Konrad Sitnik – Vice President of the Management Board
Graduate of Law and Administration at Warsaw University and MBA studies at University of Minnesota. He was employed in the Stock Exchange Commission in the years 1993-1995. President of Raiffeisen Capital and Investment Brokerage House (1995-2000). In the years 2000-2005, he was an executive in Raiffeisen Bank Polska responsible for capital market transactions. Member of the Management Board of Superfund TFI (2005-2006). A Managing Director in Bank Gospodarki Żywnościowej in the years 2006-2007. From June 28, 2006 to June 25, 2007, Member of MCI Supervisory Board. Since June 26, 2007 Member of the Management Board of MCI Management SA.
Konrad Sitnik does not conduct any other operations competitive for MCI and is not on the listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors
