The Management Board of MCI Management S.A. informs that as of June 25, 2007 the following two persons resigned from the participation in the Supervisory Board of the Company:
1. Mr. Krzysztof Samotij
2. Mr. Konrad Sitnik
Furthermore, the Management Board of MCI Management SA informs that at the Ordinary general Assembly of the Shareholders which was held on June 25, 2007 the following two members were appointed to the Supervisory Board of the fourth Term of Office:
1. Mr. Jacek Kseń
2. Mr. Dariusz Adamiuk
After holding the Ordinary general Assembly of the Shareholders on June 25, 2007 in compliance with § 9 subpar. 3 of the Statutes of the Company the mandates of all Members of the Management Board of MCI Management SA of the Third Term of Office expires:
ď Tomasz Czechowicz – President of the Management Board,
ď Anna Hejka-Arczyńska – Member of the Management Board,
ď Bogdan WiĹniewski – Member of the Management Board,
ď Roman Cisek – Member of the Management Board,
as during the session of the General Assembly the financial statements of the Company for the last full reporting year (2006) of performing the functions of the Members of the Management Board of the Third Term of Office were approved.
The Supervisory Board acting in compliance with § 9 subpar. 2 of the Statutes of the Company on the basis of the resolution from June 26, 2007 appointed new Management Board of the Company for the Fourth Term of Office that shall be composed of four persons:
ď Tomasz Czechowicz – President of the Management Board
ď Anna Hejka-Arczyńska – Member of the Management Board
ď Konrad Sitnik – Member of the Management Board
ď Roman Cisek – Member of the Management Board
The following are CVs of the new members of the Supervisory Board and members of the new Management Board of MCI Management SA:
Jacek Kseń – Member of the Supervisory Board
Mr. Ksen is a graduate of Poznan University of Economics and Szkola Glowna Planowania i Statystyki where he defended his PhD in international financial markets. He started his professional career as a trainee in Bank Handlowy. Since 1978 he was working in Bank Polska Kasa Opieki in Paris where he was vice director of treasury department and had a commercial proxy to represent the bank. In the years 1984-1985 he was head of FX dealing room in Lyonaise de Banque in Paris where he became head of foreign bonds in 1985. In 1987 he was granted a commercial proxy with the responsibility for bond department and in 1990 he became vice-director responsible for operations of Lyonnaise de Banque international capital markets. In the same year Jacek Ksen started work in Caisse Nationale Credit Agricole, where he was an independent senior dealer in international futures market and in 1991 he became member of the management board of the bank responsible for Forex market. In 1996 he was appointed Chairman of the Board in Wielkopolski Bank Kredytowy, which he managed until 2001 when the bank merged with Bank Zachodni. From June 13, 2001 until April 30, 2007 he was the Chairman of the Board in Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. Since May 1, 2007 he has been the Chairman of the Supervisory Board in BZ WBK AIB Investment Funds Association and a Vice Chairman of Supervisory Board in PBG S.A. and a member of the Supervisory Board in Sygnity.

Dariusz Adamiuk – Member of the Supervisory Board
Mr. Dariusz Adamiuk is a graduate of University of Auckland, School of Commerce & Economics and School of Business at Warsaw University of Technology. After long term emigration in 1994 he worked in investment banking and asset management. He handled privatization processes, international M&A, acquiring financing from institutional and private investors, managing assets i.e. stocks, fixed income papers, currency and interest derivatives as well as alternative assets. He has experience in the following sectors: banking, insurance, mass media, oil and energy, chemical, shipping, telecommunication, agriculture, sanitary products, and car industry.
In Poland he was Chairman of PZU Asset Management S.A., Vice Chairman responsible for Investments in PTE PZU S.A, Director in PZU SA (Capital Investments Department). As an advisor to the Chairman of PZU S.A., PZU Zycie S.A. and TFI PZU S.A. he was responsible for a number of strategic decisions, establishing investment funds and preparation of alternative assets strategy. Earlier he was the head of the investment banking department in ABN Amro (Poland) where he created this business line from the scratch and was responsible for many transactions on capital markets, M&A and cross border. He was also a Senior Manager in Corporate Finance Department in Price Waterhouse (Poland). Currently he is an advisor for the oil sector.

Tomasz Czechowicz – President of the Management Board
Graduate of Wroclaw University of Technology, Wroclaw University of Economics and MBA studies at the University of Minnesota. In the years 1990-1998 founder and President of JTT Computer S.A. which he headed to become the leader among Polish producer of PCs and IT distributors worth over USD 100 million. In May 1998 he established MCI Management S.A. – where he has been the President of the Board ever since – the first Polish Venture Capital fund which manages TechVentures’99 and TechVentures’03. With 28 technological investments and 4 highly successful IPOs MCI is the leading fund technology in Central Europe. A laureate of numerous prestigious awards: in 1997 Leader of Polish Business by Business Centre Club; in 2000 one of the TOP-10 most influential people in the European Internet by Business Week; in 2001 the Global Leader of Tomorrow by the World Economic Forum in Davos.

Anna Hejka-Arczyńska – Member of the Management Board
Seasoned professional with broad industry experience conducting business across cultures & economic cycles recognized by the World Economic Forum in Davos as the Global Leader for Tomorrow. Also active in the US-Europe-Poland Action Commission Privatization Action Team sponsored by the Center for Strategic and International Studies in Washington, member of Advisory Board of State Foreign Investment Agency, Investment Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce and numerous supervisory boards. Published in International Economy, National Review & Wprost. Speaker for the World Economic Forum, Institute for International Research & Shell Global Solutions.
Founder & President of Heyka Capital Markets, Inc. (1991-2006) – NASD registered broker/dealer & merchant bank ranked second in 1995 in terms of capital invested in Poland. Founder & Managing Director of US$50 million Poland Growth Funds LDC (1995-2000). Founder, CEO & Chairman of Central European Foods, Inc. (1994-2001). Vice President of Security Pacific (1989-1991) & Registered Representative at Salomon Brothers (1987-1989) in the US. Banking Officer at JPMorgan Chase (1984-1986) & Financial Analyst at Cargill (1981-1982) in Spain. Bilingual MBA (1982-1984) from IESE. Pursued MA in International Economics (1977-1981) at University of Gdańsk. Took and conducted a number of training programs organized by employers and e.g. by the National Association for Security Dealers and Venture Capital Association. NASD Registered Principal and Representative authorized her to legally trade stocks and shares on the American market.

Konrad Sitnik – Member of the Management Board
Graduate of Law and Administration at Warsaw University and Master of Business Administration – University of Minnesota. In the years 1993-1995 worked in the Stock Exchange Commission. Next in the years 1995-2000 employed in Raiffeisen Capital and Investment Brokerage House in the position of president. In the years 2000-2005 worked in Raiffeisen Bank Polska in the position of the bank manager responsible for capital market transactions. In the years 2005-2006 member of the Management Board of Superfund TFI. In the years 2006-2007 executive director in Bank Gospodarki ĹťywnoĹciowej.

Roman Cisek – Member of the Management Board
Graduate of Wrocław University of Economics in the field of Finances and Banking. Participated in many trainings on various subjects such as negotiations, communicative skills, time and project management, strategy building, management of finances and International Accounting Principles. Since October 2004 a participant in ACCA Professional Scheme.
In the years 1999-2002 worked as Controlling Specialist in PROFES Sp. j. – a medium-sized consulting and training company based in Wrocław. In February 2003 began to work in MCI Management SA as Financial Analyst (then Controller) and at the same time for a year (2004-2005) as Financial Controller in Travelplanet.pl SA – a portfolio company. In January 2005 appointed Financial Manager and Proxy MCI Management SA. Supervising such MCI portfolio companies as Bankier.pl SA, Travelplanet.pl SA and Clix Software Sp. z o.o. Since March 2006 also Vice-President of Czechowicz Ventures Sp. z o.o. – main shareholder of MCI Management SA and since August 2006 also Member of the Management Board of MCI Capital TFI SA. In February 2007 appointed Member of the Management Board of MCI Management SA and Director of Operation in the Company.
