Legal basis: § 5subpar. 1 pt. 22 of RO

The Management Board of MCI Management S.A. informs that due to the change in the organizational structure of the Company it dismissed Mr. Andrzej Jasieniecki and Mr. Piotr Kłodnicki from the position of proxies by the resolution from February 27, 2007. Furthermore, Ms. Anna Hejka-Arczyńska and Mr. Roman Cisek were also dismissed due to the fact that they were appointed to the Management Board of MCI Management SA.
