Legal basis: § 5 ust.1 pkt 22 RO

The Management Board of MCI Management S.A. informs that on the basis of the resolution from February 8, 2007 the Supervisory Board appointed a new member of the Management Board – Mr. Roman Cisek who shall hold the position of Director of Operations. At the same time Mr. Roman Cisek ceased to hold the position of Proxy in MCI Management SA.

The following is the CV of the new member of the Management Board:

Roman Cisek
Graduate of Wrocław University of Economics in the field of Finance & Banking. Participated in many courses in such subjects as negotiations, communications skills, time and project management, strategy building, financial management and International Accounting Standards. Since October 2004 a participant in ACCA Professional Scheme.
In the years 1999-2002 he was employed as a Controlling Specialist in PROFES Sp. j. – a medium-sized consulting and training company in Wrocław. In February 2003 he began to work in MCI Management SA as a Financial Analyst (then Controller) and at the same time for a year (2004-2005) as a Financial Controller in Travelplanet.pl SA – a MCI portfolio company. Since the beginning of 2005 promoted to Finance Director position. He is responsible for supervising portfolio companies: Bankier.pl SA, Travelplanet.pl SA and Clix Software Sp. z o.o. Since March 2006 he is also a Vice President of the Board of Directors in Czechowicz Ventures Sp. z o.o. – the main shareholder of MCI Management SA, and since August 2006 a Member of the Board of Directors in MCI Capital TFI SA.

Roman Cisek does not conduct any other operations competitive for MCI Management SA and is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors.
