Legal basis: Art. 69 subpar. 2 pt. 1 of the Act on Public Offering

In connection with the registration by the District Court in Poznań, XXI Commercial Division of the National Court Registry of an increase of the share capital of One-2-One SA by issuing of 1,300,000 shares Series B with their nominal value of PLN 0.10 each and registration in the National Depository for Securities of all 6,300,000 shares of One-2-One SA under the code PLONE0000014 with their nominal value of PLN 0.10 each, the Management Board of MCI Management SA informs that on October 11, 2006 the first quotation of the shares series A of One-2-One SA took place and thus confirms a decrease of its shareholding in One-2-One SA from 50.01% to 39.69% in the share capital of the company and a decrease of the votes in the General Meeting of the Shareholders from 50.01% to 39.69%. MCI Management SA holds 2.500.048 shares of One-2-One SA.
