Legal basis: § 5, subpar. 1, pt. 8 of RO and § 14 of RO

The Management Board of MCI Management SA informs that on June 9, 2006 it received information from Consortio Lex – Konsorcjum Prawnicze (representing MCI Management SA in the case of indemnity for damages suffered on JTT shares) that on June 8, 2006 on the basis of Art. 184 and 185 par. 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure a motion was filed to the District Court for Wrocław-ŚrĂłdmieście Civil Division 1 to call for the Treasury of the State Director of the Tax Audit Office in Wrocław for settlement of the payment of the due amount of PLN 38,520 thousand and set a session of the Court to hold conciliatory proceedings.
The filed motion is another step, after the demand of payment flied against the Treasury of the State on May 31, 2006 (described in the current report no. 12/2006), in the pursuit of MCI of due means for damage suffered and lost opportunities of JTT Computer SA shares which resulted from illegal decision of the tax authorities officials which resulted in the bankruptcy of JTT.
