The Management Board of MCI Management SA informs that pursuant to the resolution from Sept. 1, 2005 appointed a new procurator Mr. Piotr Kłodnicki who works in the position of Investment Director responsible for the preparation of new investments and existing Comtica and Hoopla.pl investment projects.

In 1995 graduated from the faculty of Management and Computer Science at Wroclaw University of Economics. Further studies in the field of management of finances and controlling at the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Graduate of numerous studies; took many specialist courses e.g. in Sheldon Satin Associates Inc. – Management, Wirtschaftskammer Österreich and OTREK – College of Controlling, Accountants Association in Poland – Course for independent balance sheet accountants, UPC – Training on Project Management methodology. Worked for enterprises in the telecommunications and IT sector, including in the years 1996-2003 UPC Polska in the positions of Project Manager, Finance Controller and Finance Manager. Has experience in managing investment projects, budgeting, operational and strategic controlling as well as auditing

Piotr Kłodnicki does not conduct other business activity competitive for MCI and is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors.
