Legal basis: § 5 subpar.1 pt. 26 RO

The Management Board of MCI Management SA informs that pursuant to the resolution from August 4, 2005 dismissed Mr Tomasz Czuczos from the position of procurator and appointed a new procurator Mr. Andrzej Lis. He will replace Mr. Tomasz Czuczos in the position of Investment Director responsible for CCS, Geotec, JTT and Biprogeo projects.

Graduate of University School of Physical Education in Wrocław. Since 1998 President of the Management Board of CMM – Consulting Marketing Management Sp. z o.o. – a company providing consulting services in the field of business activity, finances, restructuring. In the years 2000-2002 Vice-President of the Management Board in Plazmatronika SA and Managing Director in Plazmatronika NT Sp. z o.o. Since 2004 President of the Management Board of Technopolis Sp. z o.o., an MCI Fund portfolio company; Vice-President of the Management Board and Finance Director in Computer Communication Systems SA, an MCI Capital Group company. Took a lot of trainings for candidates for members of management boards and supervisory boards in finances, bookkeeping, PR, HR, technology management.

Andrzej Lis does not conduct other business activity competitive for MCI and is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtor.
