The Management Board of MCI Management S.A. informs that on March 11, 2005 it received information about the acquisition of MCI Management S.A. shares by the persons managing the Company of the total transaction value of 19,926.90 PLN.

On March 11, 2005 Tomasz Czuczos purchased 4180 shares of MCI Management S.A. at the price of 2.37 PLN/share. The value of the transaction was 9,906.60 PLN.
On March 11, 2005 Andrzej Jasieniecki purchased 2090 shares of MCI Management S.A. at the price of 2.39 PLN/share. The value of the transaction was 4,995.10 PLN.
On March 11, 2005 Roman Cisek purchased 2060 shares of MCI Management S.A. at the average price of 2.44 PLN/share. The value of the transaction was 5,025.20 PLN.
