Legal basis: Art. 148 subpar.1 PPO

The Management Board of MCI Management S.A. informs that on March 7, 2005 it received also the information about exceeding 10% of the number of votes at the General Assembly of MCI Management SA by the clients of BZ WBK AIB Asset Management SA as a result of acquisition of the shares settled on March 2, 2005.
Since the accounts of the clients of BZ WBK AIB Asset Management SA to whom the information refers are the accounts of the investment funds managed by BZ WBK AIB Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych SA the notification regards the same shares and votes at the General Assembly of MCI Management SA as those referred to in current report No. 11/2005.
