Legal basis: § 43 RRM

MCI Management S.A. informs that on October 1, 2004 on the basis of the Resolution No. 321/2004 of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board, pursuant to § 36 of the Rules of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, the Exchange Management Board decided to introduce into exchange trading on the main market in a regular mode as of October 4, 2004 the bearer bonds Class A convertible into MCI Management S.A. ordinary bearer shares Class F.
On the basis of § 20 subpar. 1 of the Rules of the Warsaw Stock Exchange 1 670 (one thousand six hundred seventy) bearer bonds Class A convertible into ordinary bearer shares Class F, issued pursuant to the Resolution No. 12 of the General Meeting of the Shareholders from May 17, 2004 of the nominal value of 6 000 (six thousand) PLN each, designated by the Central Depository for Securities with the code “PLMCIMG00053” were introduced into exchange trading.

The MCI Management SA convertible bonds shall be quoted under the abbreviated name of “MCIOB0709”.

Additionally, pursuant to § 18 subpar. 1 of the Rules of the Warsaw Stock Exchange 1 670 000 (one million six hundred seventy thousand) MCI Management SA ordinary bearer shares Class F, issued pursuant to the Resolution No. 12 of the General Meeting of the Shareholders from May 17, 2004 of the nominal value of 1 (one) PLN each were introduced into exchange trading on the main market.
