The Management Board of MCI Management S.A. hereby informs about the forecast of the unit net financial result of MCI Management SA for 2004 and the forecast of the valuation of MCI Management S.A. assets made with the use of the directors” method for the end of 2004.

Furthermore, the Management Board of MCI informs the performance of the above forecasts by MCI Management S.A. shall be the basis of the realization of the first tranche of the managers” options for 2004.
