MCI Capital TFI SA offers individual investors the possibility to invest in investment certificates of the MCI TechVentures subfund, which through focusing its investments on advanced technology companies realized historically above-average returns: over 40% last year and over 148%* during the last three years. The certificates are not tradable on the stock exchange, thus the current market situation has no direct influence on their value.

The offered securities are investment certificates series M in the MCI.TechVentures 1.0 subfund, operating within MCI.PrivateVentures FIZ. The investment is recommended for a period of three years with the possibility of terminating the investment earlier, according to the principles stipulated in the statutes of MCI.PrivateVentures FIZ. The minimum investment threshold has been set to the equivalent of EUR 50,000 (expressed in PLN) according to the euro exchange rate on the day the issue price of the certificates is established. The price of one investment certificate series M was established based on the valuation of net assets on the day 29/08/2011, in the amount of 116.58 PLN.
The offering will take place between 5-23 September 2011, in the branches of Alior Bank, BRE Wealth Management S.A. and the brokers of BRE Bank SA and Raiffeisen Bank Polska S.A.

It conducts private equity/ venture capital (VC) investments in companies operating in the advanced technologies sector in Poland and the markets of Central Eastern Europe.
