Mr. MichaĹ Chyczewski has joined the MCI team as an Investment Partner and member of the board of MCI Partners SA. MichaĹ Chyczewski will be responsible for M&A transactions in the MCI.EuroVentures fund and developing new investment products and funds connected with the infrastructure and real estate market.
Before joining the team of MCI Management SA, MichaĹ Chyczewski was a director in Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK) responsible for the area connected with capital financing instruments and financial engineering instruments. Previously, he worked as the first vice president in Kredobank in Ukraine (2009), Deputy State Secretary in the Ministry of Treasury (2007-2009) responsible for privatization transactions and supervision of financial institutions and capital market institutions, senior economist at Bank BPH in the Division of International Financial Markets (2004-2007) and as a consultant at Arthur Andersen Poland Sp. Ltd. (since 2003). He graduated Quantitative Methods and Information Systems at the Warsaw School of Economics (2004). MichaĹ Chyczewski joined the board of MCI Partners SA, the newly created company 100% dependent on MCI Management SA, into which MCI capital TFI SA and asset management services will be transferred in the first half of this year.
He will be responsible for M&A transactions (growth and buyout projects for MCI.EuroVentures) and for the development of new investment products and funds connected with the infrastructure and the real estate market.
