- The first agreement between the Parties was signed in mid-October this year.
- Following the transaction, 51% of the shares will be held by MCI.EV; Mr Paweł Fornalski will hold 35% of the shares, while Mr Sebastian Muliński will hold 14% of the shares
- The aforementioned founders will remain on the Management Board of the Company and will be responsible for its further development. The Supervisory Board will be reinforced by the addition of the Fund’s representatives.

We are facing a period of hard work aimed at building the value of the Company and maintaining a high growth rate. From the Fund’s side, we will make every effort to make the IAI the regional champion of the digital economy,” said Łukasz Wierdak, MCI Investment Partner, in charge of the transaction.
Currently, IAI offers two solutions: IdoSell Shop and IdoSell Booking.
The IdoSell Shop solution (formerly: IAI-Shop.com) enables the creation of a dedicated retail store or online wholesaler. In addition to providing customer service, it also supports advanced business processes: from traffic generation, payment processing, shipping and returns, big data analysis, reporting, to integration with ERP systems, as well as all the other elements essential to running an online business. The clients using the solution include e-commerce companies with high turnover and sales volumes which have decided to outsource the handling of their key processes to a specialised partner.
The IdoSell Booking tool is addressed to owners of accommodation establishments. It allows hotels, guest houses as well as owners of short-term rental apartments to professionalise their business operations and reach a wider base of potential customers. Additionally, via its Channel Manager function, it integrates the availability calendar and downloads reservations from all relevant booking sites such as Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia.
As part of the transaction, the shares of IAI S.A. will be delisted from NewConnect.
